Mr Mark Mitchell Mark is CEO of Scripture Union NSW. Prior to this he spent 10 years in pastoral ministry and almost 15 years in Christian retailing. Mark was impacted by Scripture Union's ISCF ministry when he first became a Christian, and was later involved in SUFM beach mission teams. Mark's role as CEO of Scripture Union NSW brings together two of his passions. Firstly, the conviction that a 'mission as life, life as mission' mindset is vital to every Christian's walk; Scripture Union is all about mission in this world. Secondly, to see people committed to reading the Bible and praying so that they may intimately and naturally engage with God. It is a brilliant blessing to be serving an organisation that has these convictions in its guiding aims. Contact details: p: 02 9638 9000. |

Rev Peter Robinson Peter is CEO of GenR8 Ministries. He comes to the ministry of GenR8 from a teaching background in the 1970s, and 25 years in Anglican parish ministry, first in Melbourne and then at Mulgoa and Bomaderry in NSW. Peter taught primary scripture in Bentleigh (Vic.) and Mulgoa. As newly arrived rector of Bomaderry on the South Coast in 1992 he was a foundation member of the Shoalhaven Employers of Christian Education Teachers (SECET) Incorporated, becoming chair in 1995. On the base of significant unity in prayer and outreach events amongst the churches of the Nowra area SECET's ministry grew from one high school in 1993 to four high schools by 2005, with four full-time and three part-time scripture teachers. The people of the Shoalhaven (and beyond) have shown the grace of giving again and again, with an annual budget up to $340,000. In addition to involvement with SECET over these 16 years he was foundation deputy chair of Nowra Anglican College from 1999 until 2008. Peter has been chair of the board of Jews For Jesus (Australia) also since 1999. He is a professional associate of the Grubb Institute of Behavioural Studies in London.
